Located on the campus of the University of Southern California, United University Church in L.A. has been a safe haven for many LGBT people of faith, including Tom Ziegert. Pastored by Rev. Susan Craig, a bisexual woman, the church has been diligent in finding ways to utilize and honor the gifted LGBT leaders in their midst.
Susan and her partner, Rev. Bear Ride, donated six stoles on behalf of LGBT elders and student pastors that serve United University Church.
